I have a Dell Vostro 1015. I previously had Windows Vista Business, which came with compatible software to use bluetooth. Now I have upgraded to Windows 7 Professional and the bluetooth software is now Toshiba stacker. I installed it but it asked me to use Fn+f11 or the radio on off switch. I tried Fn+f11 and i don't htoshiba bluetooth software windows 7ave a radio on off switch. It installed but without registering the connection. After resetting it, I went into the task bar menu >options and tried to use the activate button but it gave me the same message. Is there any way to turn the bluetooth on manually through save mode or Regedit etc. If you have anytoshiba bluetooth software windows 7 other suggestions please tell. Thanks
check the Dell website for your model I believe there is a fix for the issues that W7 has particularly with the Toshiba bluetooth stack.
Failing that try this (untested and not verified virus free so virus scan once yo have saved it and before you unpack it)
