I used to have irfanview on my computer but I recently re-formatted and now when I go to the site to get it, it says I have to pay, I did not pay the first time so I don't understand. Is there somewhere I can get it for free? Or a similar program I can use to resize photos and load them onto myspace?

If you just need to resize your pics, PIXresizer is free and easy to use; you can resize multiple photos at the same time.
You can download irfanview from most download sites. I like Tucows cause they seem to have very free photo resizing softwarefast download speed. Here is the link for irfanview free:
