You can download the trial from their site. Besides that you are asking for something illegal. You will have to figure that out on your own.

Mate you cant download software for free when you have to buy it otherwise that would be unfair on shops and everyone would download it for free.

Adobe Photoshop CS3 is technically the tenth release of the software and if you select 'About Photoshop' from the menu it will show it as Photoshop CS3

You can only get it for free if you steal it so I can't help you there. The CS3 suite of programs is very good value for money though.
