depends on if the music is copyrighted or not. Unless it's made by a artist that spreads their music around by giving it away, more than likely it's copyrighted.

First of all .... if we are to respect all the copyrights laws ... IT IS NOT LEGAL TO YOUTUBE to display any music content without the artist con-scent. But this will literally mean the closing of the website ... so I guess if they are allowed to broke a very big law...you are entitled also to bend a little one. :D
