Every time i want use my Opera and Firefox browser, Windows 7 says i have to download them again, but i just exit that notice and they work. Are they trying to get me to upgrade to the new versions?
Either you weren't completely finished downloading or, maybe download operathey do want you to upgrade. Try downloading them again and see what happens.
You have downloaded the installation packages and then installed them, but when you want to RUN the programs, I think you are probably double clicking the installation executables download operaagain, rather than the programs themselves.
Try accessing the programs through the start menu rather than double clicking. I apologise if you are aware of this and this is not the case, but it is the most common problem that leads to this behaviour.
