Are there any websites where I can download movies straight from the site without having to download any torrent softwares? Also what format does the movie need to be in for me to be able to watch it on my computer?

There are lots of sites where you can STREAM movies, but few from whihow do i download moviesch you can download them. If you want movies on your computer, you need to buy them. Anything else is illegal.
You can go to http://stagevu.com/ ,there is a download button on every video,they have a LOT of good movies,but there's a lot they don't have too.Also you can download Freecorder from how do i download movieshttp://www.applian.com/freecorder/download.php and it will save any video file that's playing on your computer.Then just go to this link http://www.watchfreemovies.ch/ and type in whatever movie you want.The only catch is that you need to let the entire movie play for it to work.
